Model: TL-SG2428P
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.20.16 Build 20250928 Rel.82909

I have 6 PoE camera and 2 PoE APs (EAP 225 and EAP 610).  The switch will randomly drop connectivity to all POE devices and only rebooting the switch will bring them back online.  The clients not using PoE are not affected.  PoE utulization is at 23W.  Anyone have a solution to this?

@paul14rs5 Are you managing in Standalone or Controller mode?
How often does the issue occur? If possible, can you back up the configurations, factory reset the switch, and then see if the issue persists?

@NeilR_M Tried resetting and loading the configuration.  Problem persists.  As far as occurances, it's completely random.  Sometimes it takes a few days, other times its a few hours.  Rebooting the devices works but I don't see that as a solution as much as its just a band aid.

@paul14rs5 If the problem persists in Standalone with no additional configurations on the port, it might be best to contact our support if the device is still under warranty for replacement. Would it be possible to factory reset and test in Standalone mode?

@NeilR_M It's currently in controller mode using an OC300.  It's possible to test in Standalone mode but pretty disruptive to service.  Will see what my schedule looks like.  Thanks for the quick replay, Neil

@paul14rs5 No worries, when you get a chance to test, please update with your findings!

@NeilR_M well.... still same behavior. Factory reset- stand alone mode. This time, it didn't drop for a week or so. Restarted and all came back to normal. 4 minutes later, all PoE ports go off line.

it's now back in the Omada controller. This is incredibly frustrating.
