Firmware Version: 1.4.0 Build 250623 Rel.67226n

Hi everyone,

There are 13 cameras connected to the NVR, and all of them display correctly in Settings->Display (but not in Live).

I’m having a strange issue with it.

When I try to connect to the main RTSP stream using FFmpeg/FFplay, I get this error:

[rtsp @ 0x7336fc000c80] method SETUP failed: 509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
rtsp://<login>:<password>@<IP>/live/1/1/avm: Server returned 5XX Server Error reply

If I connect to the substream, everything works fine (resolution 848×480, 5 fps, 1024 Kbps bitrate).

I’ve already tried changing the main stream bitrate from 256 Kbps up to 2048 Kbps, resolutions, FPS but it didn’t help.

Network Resource Statistics
IP Channel Access Bandwidth 0.00Mbps
Bandwidth of Net Receive Idle 160.00Mbps

Does anyone know what this “509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded” actually means in this case?
Is there a limit on outgoing RTSP streams or some setting I’m missing?

Thanks in advance!

  @Ilia_Fiks

Please try to pull the stream in VLC using the RTSP URL and check if it plays normally; refer to the FAQ below for the exact format.How to establish an NVR RTSP server
Also, please provide the main-stream configuration. Try lowering the resolution, bitrate, and maximum bit-rate, then remove the IPC and re-add it to the channel to see if the issue improves.

May I know the exact models of the cameras you are managing?
Also, a newer NVR firmware (V1.4.1) is available; you might want to upgrade and test again.
If your regional website hasn’t posted it yet, please download it from our global site.Firmware Download

I use "InSight S345 1.0". About update... I updated manually... The issue is still the same..

  @Ilia_Fiks

We have been unable to reproduce the issue you reported in our lab. Please provide your network-topology details. Additionally, try re-adding the camera through the NVR to see if normal operation is restored.
