Model: VIGI NVR1008H-8MP
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 250819 Rel.74248n

The NVR's address is 10.110.0.10/24. The camera's address is 10.110.1.11/24. This means the devices are on different subnets. I add the camera manually through the web interface, and it works. But after rebooting the NVR, the camera's status changes to "Not connected." I have to delete it and then add it again manually. And I do this every time. How can I solve this problem?

A device reboot can occur for various reasons, so this is bad advice. But I found a solution. If you connect the camera via RTSP, there are no issues with rebooting the NVR.

  @ulbsd

Are these two devices located behind the same gateway? Once the configuration is successful, we do not recommend restarting the NVR. If you are adding the device across the Internet, please refer to this article:How to Remotely Add and Configure IP Cameras to Your NVR System
