I have issues with the "Block Page" when using URL category blocking being completely blank

 

What is generating it - controller or gateway ?  Evidently my Switch ACLs are why it appears blank on most VLANs but cant figure out what device produces the response and on what port, TCP 80 ?

  @GRL It should be the gateway sending the block page, and it sends over HTTP (TCP 80), as you've said.
