I would like which screw drive need to be used to remove the screw in the dome camera as the torx t10 did not help

The screw type is as shown; please choose the corresponding screwdriver bit based on the screw head.

It looks like you’re using a Phillips PO-size driver and the screw head is already stripped; I recommend switching to a Phillips P1 bit.
