NVR Channel Display
I have 5 cameras connected to the NVR using the local LAN and not connected directly to the POE ports. I can only view 3 of the cameras on the display even though they are all available in the camera management section as well as remotely using the VIGI APP. The cameras I can view are channels 2 , 3 & 7 and when I look in the camera management section channela 1 & 4 are there but not able to view them on the display.

Thank you for your post. When you mention “display,” are you referring to a monitor that is directly connected to the NVR?
What are the model numbers of the cameras whose channels are not showing up? Are they the same model as the cameras whose channels display normally?
When you say “they are available in the camera management section,” what exactly do you mean? Does it mean you can open the camera’s web interface by its IP address and see live video there? If so, please provide some screenshots so we can better understand the issue.

@Rick0730 Can you check if you are able to ping the cameras on channels 2, 3, and 7 from a computer on the same network? If not, it seems to be a networking issue, and you should check the cables and/or reboot the cameras if possible.
