Thanks for posting here.

 First, there's no "users" option in the application reports, but there is in the screenshots. Second, the function doesn't work properly

Second, the function doesn't work properly. I have filters set, and in the reports, I see the same applications as blocked and allowed. Messengers like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok perform a bit worse, but they still work.
