What exactly do you mean by the "flashlight" feature? Are you referring to the white light that turns on at night after motion is detected?
How are you currently managing the device—through the NVR’s web GUI? The web interface does have some settings for adjusting the white light, but it doesn’t seem to include anything specifically labeled as a "flashlight" setting.Using this NVR to manage cameras from other brands may result in some features being unsupported.

THanks sir for your reply.
Yes I mean the white light that turns oin night after motion is detected. I have tried both with NVR as well as from online GUI but both could not change the settings and showing as unsupported.

@rohitshakti Please also tell :
I am currently using C330 & C430 camera with my TP link NVR. If a person is standing 8-10 feet away, he is not clear especially in dim lights & pixel bursts when zooming on his face (pic attached)
, is it the fault of the camera or settings, if it is due to the settings, can anyone suggest me best settings for the NVR / cameras.
