Why i can't buy license anymore? I'm from Philippines and all the payment card i use keeps on

Currently, the online license purchase feature is not yet available in all countries. If this option is not visible, it means your account’s registered country does not support online purchases. Did you change the login account? Please try logging in with the account you used before.
If that's not possible, you may contact your local sales representative to purchase a license.
