Unicast Video dropping after around 20 minutes
I have a problem with the EAP615-wall where Unicast video drops around every 20 minutes when plugged into the Ethernet ports on the EAP615-Wall but is perfectly fine when plugged directly into the lan cable used for the EAP615-Wall. we are also using multicast which is noth having the same issues

Hi @Mdgi
Thanks for posting here.
Which Unicast services are affected? Could you please provide a few examples?
To better understand the situation, please let us know the following info:
1. The topology of the network:
2. but is perfectly fine when plugged directly into the lan cable used for the EAP615-Wall.
>>>Does this mean, if unplug the EAP, and plug a device into the uplink cable, it works fine? What is the uplink device? Is it the switch?
3. Are the EAP's wireless clients affected?
4. How many EAP615-wall do you have?

Hi @Mdgi
Thanks for the reply.
Which Unicast services are affected? Could you please provide a few examples?
Are all the 50 EAP units having the same issue?
Is it convenient to test with the wireless network?

@Vincent-TP will test it just waiting on instructions on how to access the video without the TV system

Hi @Mdgi
Thanks for the reply.
While waiting, could you kindly email us the other information we need? With that information, we can test locally to see if we can reproduce the issue while we wait.
