Hi  @Mdgi

Thanks for posting here.

Which Unicast services are affected? Could you please provide a few examples?

To better understand the situation, please let us know the following info:

1. The topology of the network:

2.  but is perfectly fine when plugged directly into the lan cable used for the EAP615-Wall.

>>>Does this mean, if unplug the EAP, and plug a device into the uplink cable, it works fine? What is the uplink device? Is it the switch?

3.  Are the EAP's wireless clients affected?

4. How many EAP615-wall do you have?

  @Vincent-TP

1. The topology of the network:

Gateway ---> Switch running IGMP Snooping Quirrier (VLAN100) and Guest Wifi Network (VLAN 1) ----> Second switch running igmp snooping -------> Direct Ethernet to wall Plate ----> ETHERNET on wall plates tagged (VLAN 100) ---->TV

Guest Wifi (Vlan 1 ) direct from wall plate

2.  but is perfectly fine when plugged directly into the lan cable used for the EAP615-Wall.

>>>Does this mean, if unplug the EAP, and plug a device into the uplink cable, it works fine?  YES What is the up link device? Is it the switch? Yes it is the switch

3.  Are the EAP's wireless clients affected? Wireless is for guest WiFi Only

4. How many EAP615-wall do you have? 50+

Hi  @Mdgi

Thanks for the reply.

Which Unicast services are affected? Could you please provide a few examples?

Are all the 50 EAP units having the same issue?

Is it convenient to test with the wireless network?

Hi  @Mdgi

Thanks for the reply.

While waiting, could you kindly email us the other information we need? With that information, we can test locally to see if we can reproduce the issue while we wait.
