Can't upgrade firmware on EAP670
Hi I have an EAP670 access point (V1 hardware) with V1.0.14 firmware and am attempting to upgrade to V1.1.1. I can log into management portal but whenever I choose the firmware file and click update, it just comes back with "failed to check for new update" error. Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Actually I managed to find that updating to US version of 1.0.15 allowed me to make the subsequent jump to 1.10. Not sure why the euro one wasn't available but it's an easy workaround

How did you manage the EAP? via its standalone web interface, or via an Omada controller? Mange it locally or remotely?
Please try the following:
1. Update version by version, that is,1.0.14 > 1.0.15 > 1.1.0 > 1.1.1;
2. Test with different web browsers;
3. Try to update it via local access.

@Vincent-TP I manage it locally via the standalone web interface, no remote access or controller software
As for your proposed solutions
1. Update version by version, that is,1.0.14 > 1.0.15 > 1.1.0 > 1.1.1: There is no version 1.0.15 available only 1.1.0 and updating from 1.0.14 to 1.1.0 fails as well
2. Test with different web browsers: I've tried with firefox, chrome and duckduckgo, but all produced the same error
3. Try to update it via local access: How does this work? Do i remove the ethernet connection to my router and plug it into my laptop? And if so, how do I connect to the management portal?

Actually i just noted that if i navigate to the firmware download page for V1.20, the latest one available is 1.0.14 even though V1.0 and V1.20 are effectively the same. Perhaps this update doesnt actually exist?
