Please help I can bind my devices on my tp account it says that my devices are not connected into cloud server, and I cannot add my ip camera on my vigi account but I can view my ip camera on local... But I cannot remotely view and control my camera using other network...what should I do?

  @Rowel How is the IP Camera connected? Can you verify that it has connectivity to the internet through its uplink? 

 

What do you see when you try to connect it to the cloud server?
