RJ45 ports not working
as written in the title
poe and the SFP works
managed by omada controller
i tried it also as a stand alone and also tried with downgraded firmware.
nothing worked.

Use the Boot console method to factory reset it, there is a guide in the knowledge base here

i get on serial console :
