Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.17 Build 20250121 Rel.50059

as written in the title

poe and the SFP works

managed by omada controller

i tried it also as a stand alone and also tried with downgraded firmware.

nothing worked.

Use the Boot console method to factory reset it, there is a guide in the knowledge base here

If this doesnt work it may be a faulty unit
