Hi everybody.

Im unable to setup people counting on S245 and local VMS.

In the device settings, Im able to change the smart mode to people counting, but thats all. I see no more options to configure the zones etc. Also in the local VMS, I see the people counting option, but it tells me to activate people counting in the VCA menu in the device ( there s no VCA menu and i believe, that I have activated the people counting mentioned earlier).

If the issue still persists, please provide us with the configuration screenshots in detail.

Hi Hank,

Im using VMS local, tried on two different locations. I enable "people counting" in camera, but VMS local still wants me to enable people counting in "VCA" menu on device. There no such menu there. Im sending you screenshots from VMS local together with software versions.
