I have tried to understand how a company can produce a product and NOT have instructions for the version changes.

The camera works well but I tried using your  VIGI PC Client_x64_2.1.25 software for Windows 10 and that does not even find the camera on my network!

Luckily my Firefox browser sees it and I can make every change to the settings.

The manual for the camera simply mentions that it can do PTZ but there are no further instructions.

I searched the Internet and found an older instruction manual regarding PTZ but that does not explain the proper use even though the description claims to be comprehensive.

I installed the Android app and that too has problems.

Please have an intelligent person contact me to tell me what I am missing.
