You may connect a console cable to the console port of the ER8411, then access the gateway's console interface via SSH or Tera Term.
Alternatively, you can directly connect a computer to the ER8411, and access its web interface through the gateway's default IP address.
If you are unable to access the interface and the gateway is not functioning properly, we would recommend that you attempt to reset your gateway if your setup is not very complicated.
