Urgent: EAP653 V1 (US) Overheating & Memory Leak - Request for Bridge Firmware v1.3.90
I am reaching out regarding a critical performance issue with my EAP653 V1 (US).
I mistakenly updated the unit with the v1.3.2 firmware from the Global support page. Since then, the AP has been experiencing severe overheating and memory leaks, leading to frequent 'Heartbeat Missed' errors and system instability.
I need to downgrade to the stable v1.1.3 US version, but the current v1.3.2 (Global) blocks any direct downgrade attempts to the US 1.1.3 firmware.
Could you please provide the link or send me via PM the specific bridge firmware:
EAP653v1_1.3.90_[20250928-rel48392]_up_signed.bin
I need this file to unlock the downgrade restriction and restore my device to a stable operating temperature and performance on v1.1.3 US.
Thank you for your urgent assistance.

Hi @LuisFS
You may keep that version until it is released on the official website. It's newer (you can judge from the build number).
For this version, you can check from the global site.
To confirm, did that firmware fix the issue?

Hello, thank you for your prompt reply. If you're saying that for EAP653 V1, the US and EU versions are the same, should I update to the versions listed on the global website, or do you recommend I stick with the one you emailed me until the firmware appears on the US website? Thank you for your kind attention.

Hi @LuisFS
Did that beta fix the issue?
The device firmware used in different regions is not always the same across all models.
The EAP653 EU version and US version are the same. For other models, please confirm with us before performing any upgrades.
