Continually having to forget WiFi and then log back in.
This problem is driving me crazy.
I have a EAP225 on an Omada controlled system. There are 12 other AP and they work fine but when people choose a WiFi SSID on this device they can log on fine but then after a day or ever a few hours they are not able to stay logged on. If you click on the saved network to try to reconnect the phone tells you there is a problem. You have to forget the network and pick it again. Using the same details as what was saved you can then login fine. Round and round it goes. If you move to another part of the network and connect to a different AP all is fine. This is driving my guests nuts.
Please help.....

@E4C I do see there are newer firmware versions available for the device, can you try updating to the latest version here:

Thanks for your message.
The system is set to do auto firmware updates and when I ask it to check I am told 5.1.11 is up to date however I will try to manually up date to the firmware you surgest.
It will not update to the 5.2.3 version.
I don't think this is the problem unless somebody can confirm there is a known issue like mine with the 5.1.11 firmware?

Hi Neil
I got back to the site only yesterday having done the update a while ago.
I did not connect straight away so I forgot the network again as I have done before. It reconnected after I started a fresh and seemed fine all the time I was on site.
I will go back and try again in a few days which will determine if the problem is solved.

I have been back after two days and the WiFi connected without a problem. I am going to leave it for a few more days and test it with some mobiles as well.
