Hi @3DScanSTL

Thanks for reaching out to TP-Link Business Forums.

This domain name/URL should still work until it's adapted to the new Omada UI.

The new Omada UI should be using omadaeap.net.

May I confirm is there any error message if you fail to reach the page?

Can you access the GUI via the AP's IP address?

Hi @3DScanSTL

What do you mean by "dead"?

Any error message?

@3DScanSTL There was a mention in a similar thread that tplinkeap.net or similar domains that are supposed to redirect you to a local ip address can be blocked by DNS rebind protection in your router settings. If that is the issue, but you don't want to disable that setting, then you should still be able to access the EAP via its ip address.

Hi, @3DScanSTL

We would like to clarify what you mean by the term "Dead" you mentioned: does this issue refer to being unable to access https://tplinkeap.net?

If you have upgraded your EAP firmware to the new version VI, you will need to use omadaeap.net to access the EAP management interface.

Additionally, please confirm that your device is properly connected to the EAP's Wi-Fi network, as this is required to access the management interface via domain name. We also recommend you verify that your device has been assigned a valid local intranet IP address.

You may also refer to the reply from @angrynerd and try the troubleshooting solution provided in that similar thread.

If the issue still persists after the above checks, please provide us with more detailed information or error screenshots, so that we can offer you more accurate and targeted assistance.Thank you for your cooperation.
