Model: VIGI NVR1008H  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 build 260317

I'm unable to add dahua camera on the nvr i add the camera and it shows not connected I created on if user for nvr on the camera still nothing the camera is on the same network. I tried everything and I'm still unable to connect it 

 

Everything has the latest firmware version available at the time I write this

Thanks for reaching out to TP-Link Business Forums.

 

The status "Not connected" has been given a clear definition meaning the NVR cannot communicate with the camera. NVR GUI_User Guide (V1.6).pdf

Did you login to Dahua APP and set ONVIF toggle as Enable?

Are they within the same VLAN with ability to ping from each other?
