Stand alone and through the web page interface. Steps as follows, Network, Lan, lastly click Address Reservation. Then there is a hyperlink over the left top on that page that says export. I click it and the router downloads the list in .cvs format. to my download folder on my pc The list is empty, not even column headings. although there is 123 items with bound IP/Mac address reservations on that router. I done this many times with no issues. This happened after I added 2 IOT devices to the network and a couple of backup devices I keep on the shelf for quick replacement. I rebooted same results. On my back up router, same model, I have only a laptop connected DHCP and the IP is bound. I follow the same steps, the list downloads and I see the only item that is connected on the list. I reconstructed the 123 item .cvs list and tonight when everyone is asleep I am going to delete all the entries on the address reservation list on the primary router and import the reconstructed list and see how that goes.
