Could I please confirm whether you are using the VIGI app to manage your VIGI camera?
If that is the case, you may try configuring the recording schedule. You can set the camera to stop recording during the daytime, and only record content at night or at any other specific time period you need.

For the detailed operation steps, please follow the path below:
Open the VIGI app > enter Device > select your camera > tap Settings > go to Recording & Storage > access Recording Schedule.
