Hi there,

 

I have this switch connected to my Sky router along with CCTV system.

When I try to access 192.168.0.1, it opens the Sky Admin portal and not the switch portal. How can I go about access the TP Link Admin portal without disconnecting other devices from the switch (it is required to stay on and cannot be turned off)?

  @user3640 No longer an issue, found the IP by running arp -a!

Also, I checked for the Mac Address of the switch in my Sky Admin portal but it does not appear there.
