Hi  @Tescophil

Thanks for posting here.

I just checked our controller, and it does not have this issue. How did you log into the controller? locally or via cloud?

Please also try the following:

1. Clear the cache of the web browser.

2. Log out and log in;

3. Change to a different web browser.

  @Tescophil

Locally amd

1. Didnt work

2. Didnt work

3. Same behaviour in chrome and firefox

I doubt its any kind of caching issue anyway as the page throws up a specific error dialogue...

This is the console output for the session, loading the initial dashbard, switching to Traffic, then Clien view. The uncaught promise at the end of the log happens when the client view is selected.

Hi  @Tescophil

Thanks for your reply.

Our environment does indeed not have this issue. I suspect it might be related to the special assembly components of your Linux controller.

Please refer to the following guide to install your controller:

How to install Omada Software Controller on Linux system | Omada Network Support

If the situation persists, don't hesitate to let me know.

Note: Please mention me in future replies so I can get notice.

  @Vincent-TP

This installation guide your reference has 43 separate commands line commands, and includes phrases like "You can choose the version to install according to your needs", in which case there is no guarantee that what I  end up installing looks anything like the intended setup.

Its ridiculous, some commands use atp install, some dpkg with specific packages. This is basically out of date the moment you publish it and so has no supportable maintenance path.

Bottom line, you need to build a proper installer

With this kind of guide I'm more likely to break my installation than fix it.

I've been running software controller for over 5 years on a system that gets updated on a weekly basis, at some point you're update broke previously working functionality..., find the problem and fix it.
