ER707-M2 V1.30 1.4.2 Very slow speeds
I have a problem. I replaced my provider's router with an ER707-M2, and it's causing terrible speed drops. I'm at 1000/1000, but since installing the router, I've been getting 400/600. I'm using a PPPoE connection. I've tried to fix the problem, but I haven't been able to.

Hi, @ItsAngelzyy
Thank you for posting on our Business Forum.
Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1.Please confirm that the Ethernet cable connecting your router is new and meets or exceeds the Cat5e specification
2.Kindly replace the current cable with a shorter Ethernet cable for testing
3.Please try connecting through a different Ethernet port on your router
4.If you have only just configured your router and have not saved any other custom settings, would you be open to performing a factory reset on your router? This will help us rule out issues caused by specific custom configurations.
If you are still experiencing slow internet speeds after completing the steps above, could you please provide us with the following information:
1.What is the internet speed tier included in your service plan with your ISP?
2.The actual speed test result when you connect your PC to the router via a shorter Ethernet cable of Cat5e or higher specification.
3.The actual speed test result when you connect your PC directly to your ISP access cable (bypassing the router).
4.Is internet speed normal on all other connected devices apart from your computer?
Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Hi,@ItsAngelzyy
Thank you for providing the relevant information.
If your ISP Cable is also an RJ45 Cable, you may perform a speed test by connecting your computer directly to the ISP Cable, which bypasses your router during the test.
Additionally, we would like to kindly confirm whether you have already tried the troubleshooting steps we mentioned earlier, and please let us know the result.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
