Hello I need the help of the members of the forum ... buy a CPE 210 and to my surprise when I accessed I found that the language comes in Chinese ... update firmware TP_PharOS_1.3.3_160705 nothing is still in Chinese .... please Someone could help me with this little problem I thank you in advance. Isn't that cool? This way you get a lesson in learning Chinese for free! ;)

But seriously:

If you can still login, go to the System menu (rightmost tab, blue arrow) and select the language in the second field of the left column (red arrow). Remember to Apply the setting and you will get english language again.

If you can't login for some reason, do a factory reset by pressing the Reset button for about 7 seconds until all LEDs will lit. The firmware 1.3.3_160705 should come up in english language by default.

Hello R1D2 and thanks for answering my problem but I tell you that it seems that my CPE 210 is special because that I already did .... and I only get the Chinese language nothing of other languages ​​what little I have been able to do to catch it is with a Tutorial and seeing similarities of buttons and so no one can ... some other solution or idea .... I can access the computer and everything but in Chinese. regards

Are you sure you have the latest TP_PharOS_1.3.3_160705 firmware from TP-Link's US website installed on your CPE? If so, I have no idea why it talks in Chinese language to you.

Maybe it's your browser that's acting up, perhaps if you tried a different one and report back? Remember that you 'apply changes' for the settings to take effect, otherwise you're doing circles.





I suppose you would eventually have to take this up to the place where you bought it from at some point, since indeed all languages are usually part of the firmware package and it therefore makes no sense not being able to select and apply a different one.
