Hi All
I am about to purchase 2 x EAP 220 for coverage of an office which is under 2600 Sq ft. Can anyone please advise if it is possible to configure both AP's as a single SSID so the end user can walk within the whole office and not have a loss of signal ?

Sure, no problem to have the same SSID. Make sure the two EAPs use different wireless channels, though, so that they don't interfere with each other. Connect them to the same network and set static IPs so you can easily address the web UI.
