Hi

We have a TL-ER5120 and it works fine but when you want to logon to its GUI to perform some
settings or adjustments, the GUI does not load.

We wanted to ask if somebody here also experience the same problem and what solution or
work around can be done for this issue.

Hey dude, you mean you can not login the Web GUI? Generally, I will make sure the address is correct and then clean the cache in the browser.
You can have a try.
