I use windows 7
When I install eap controller it runs well
But when I restart my PC and again if I try to run
The software doesnt work
it Show " write PID errors" in eap controller
i tried in 4-5 PC s
but all have same problem
device is EAP-120
it Happens in all sytems
please provide me solution

1. Go to the CMD, and see whether the TCP port 27017 is already used by other progress other than mongoDB? If so, you can use the commands as below to repair mongoDB.
C:\>cd “C:\Program Files (x86)\TP-LINK\EAP Controller\bin”
C:\Program Files (x86)\TP-LINK\EAP Controller\bin > mongod --dbpath "C:\Program Files (x86)\TP-LINK\EAP Controller\data\db" --repair

2.You can also try to disable all the firewalls and antivirus, and run the controller software as 'Administrator'
