Hello Everyone,

I had 3 eap 120 purchased 2 uears ago and correctly functioning in cluster mode, hardware version 1.2

firmware 1.0.0 Build 20141107 Re. 33599

Model eap120 ver 1.2

Now I got one of them broken and I purchased eap120 auranet, hardware version I suppose EU/1.0

firmware 2.0.2 Build 20160405 Rel 33786

but no way to have cluster voice in admin menu

I can see it in eap controller but not the 1.2 one

have I to update to another firmware ? sorry but I'm not well prepared about this argument

Cluster mode is gone in EAP120. You might choose EAP115, which still has cluster mode, or alternatively use EAP controller with your EAP120.

Thanks R1D2, with EAP controller once I have recorded cluster informations do I have to have an host/pc 24 hours active with eap controller to maintain the cluster active or eap devices will have been set and can function alone by themselves as it was for old cluster mode ?

No, the PC does not need to run 24 hours as long as you don't use functions such as a hotspot portal or reboot schedules, which require the EAC to always run.
