Hello,

my controller is still "pending". When i want to adopt the access point i always get the message "failed to authenticate adopt info". I get this Message whe i
click on "adopt ap".

When i click "Batch ap", the message " " apperas and nothing happens if i refresh the page, the ap is akways "pending".

If i connect manually to the open wlan "tp-link_2,4ghz..." i have an internet connection, so i think, something works...

Make sure that the EAP can be reached by the EAP controller, i.e. that it has an IP in the same subnet range as the server the controller is running on. Either let a DHCP server assign an IP to the EAP or set a static (fixed) IP through the web interface of the EAP before adopting.

Thanks R1D2.
I think this is the problem. But the EAP controller always start with the ipaddress: 127.0.0.1
The EAP110 is in the 192.168.1.x range. Do you have a suggestion to start the EAP controller in the same IP range.
I tried to change it in the menu: Admin / Controller settings, but that doen't help.

The EAP controller always listens to localhost (127.0.0.1) and to the IP of your PC visible externally (192.168.1.x). Make sure your PC has a valid IP in this range.

Next, set the EAP110 to factory defaults. Then run the EAP Discovery Tool on your PC, let it discover the EAP and configure it by specifying the IP of your PC running the controller. Then start the EAP controller and adopt the EAP. If it asks you to provide a username and a password, enter the EAP's username/password, which is by default admin/admin. Do not enter the EAP Controller's login username/password at this stage.
