I have an office with an EAP 330 and EAP 245, both with the latest firmware, that are controlled by the EAP Controller Software v2.4.7. Multiple times during each day they both go thru a "disconnected, provisioning, connected" cycle, and other times they will stay "disconnected" until I forget them, then adopt them again. What can I do to make this more reliable?

Seems like there is something abnormal during the communication between the APs and controller.
You can try to re-install the AP controller and re-adopt the EAPs, this might help.

@zmatt It's happening to me also and until now the only way I've found to solve it is to reset the EAP. Anyone from TP-LINK or OMADA please!!!

@RCGC - I am having the same problem with 5 EAPs (220 & 225s).  The Omada Controller puts them all into disconnected status.  I played around with firewall a bit and got them on again but apparently whatever I did got undone, so back to disconnected again.  Need guidance and correction.
