Thanks R1D2 for the reply. I have a Hotel spread out over a large block. I will check my distances and if the run is under the 100m I will give it a try. When I connected it, it was appearing and disappearing from the network that so far consists of 2 x EAP 110-Outdoor 3 x EAP 110 and 1 x EAP 225.

Though the recommended distance for EAP110-Outdoor with passive PoE (from EAP to adapter) is 60m, and for EAP110/EAP225 with standard PoE is 100m, the real distance still depends, you can have a filed test.
The quality of your Ethernet cable will affect, you'd better choose a CAT5e or abover cable.

The EAP110 uses passive PoE (24 volts), too. Do not try to feed 48 volts standard PoE to it, it could break your unit.
