Firmware Version : 1.1.0 Build 20150416 Rel.35252

ISP : import the configuration file to restore the save

I linked two ER6020 with L2TP Protocol, and it worked until today!

Now if I enter in Server I cannot see the tunnel in "List of L2TP/PPTP Tunnel" :-(

I tryed to restore factory default and import the configuration file to restore the save, the working configuration but it not reappears.

I know is not simple, but please help me....I don't know how is happened

You mean you have two TL-ER6020 be worked in LAN to LAN L2TP VPN. But now, they can't connect each other via the VPN tunnel, is it right?
In my opinion, if you can share your topology and configuration file to us, maybe i can help you.
Certainly, You can upload the screensshots also.
