Hi,
I'm managing my new EAP245 using web interface, because the Controller Software is still missing for Mac Os X (docker version too :-( ).
Can I enable the Band Steering using this console? Why I can't find this setting?

Seems it is missing from the EAP225/EAP245 web UI as is Rate Limiting and AirTime fairness. Since those features are in the product description, you could open a ticket demanding those features according to article 35.2 CISG (Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).

What kind of ticket can I open, which is the correct procedure? Should I contact the end-customer support of my country (Italy)?

Yes, would be best. They will forward it to the engineering.
