Can't get RasPi's connected to AC1200...
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I've got an Archer C7 running DD-WRT wired via POE to an AC1200 access point. The antennas on the router are disabled, and I'm using the same SSID/pass as before adding the AP.
Most of my wireless devices connected immediately, but my RasPi's just REFUSE. If I turn the antennas on the router back on, they'll connect there with no problem. AFAIK, there's nothing specific to the router in their setup, they just use the SSID/pass. So, something about the AP they don't like.
What's odd is that they do come up with IPs in the router's DHCP table. I cannot ping them though. Is there some static routing that needs to be added so devices on the AP can see each other?
Router is 192.168.1.1
AP set to static 192.168.1.2
DHCP is between 192.168.1.100-150
Let me know if you need more info.
Thanks in advance!
BTW, the signal from the AC1200 is excellent! Absolutely 5 bars everywhere in the house now.
