POE Unmanaged Switch TL-SG1008PE

I purchased a TL-SG1008PE switch from Amazon and sent it to a client to use as a phone switch. I did no configuration to it, the tech just plugged it in and it worked. After 1 year and a half later they now are having issues having to reboot the switch weekly. My questions. Does anyone have a URL to access this switch and has anyone had to update the firmware for this device?
