TL-R600VPN DNS (?) issue

Hello.
My router loosing connection to the Internet after about any changes in the local config. It might be port forwarding or address reservation, since config is set, Internet connection disappears until hard reset. I've tried to assign static IP and DNS-servers (my provider does give it), device worked well about ten hours, but later dropped internet connection again. Tried to upgrade firmware to the recent one, bus still have same problem.
I assume there is a problem with DNS because other applications such as ICQ are still have their connection.
Is it defective device or might be any chances to fix it?
