Thinking about buying 2 510's if it would be better than two 210's.

If you are located in a dense-populated area, CPE510 would be better.

To give you an idea: on a link of 600m (1,800ft?) I get a throughput of ~80 to 90 Mbps for data (@150 Mbps wireless speed), while with a CPE210 it drops
to 3 Mbps on the same link due to about 140 foreign APs the CPE210 sees. They take away a lot of AirTime, so not much is left for my link.
