Hi can someone help me on how to manually add my new AP to my EAP controller? AP is unreachable when I am try to add using eap discovery tool.

The PC running the Discovery Utility and the EAP must be in the same subnet in order to be able to add them manually. The server running the Controller must be reachable from both, but needs not necessarily be in the same subnet.

Also make sure that the EAP has factory settings (i.e. nothing changed through the EAP's web UI).
