TP-Link ER604W dropping WAN IP address

Hello everyone
Not sure if this is the right section, and also unsure if it's the TP-ER604W fault, but here goes:
I have dual WAN on a TP-ER604W. WAN1 is supplied by PPPoE, and has no issues. WAN2 is supplied by a Mikrotik LHG5 from our second ISP. Now, WAN2 on dynamic IP mode, every once in a while loses IP and doesn't renew by itself. Tried Static IP, also loses connection. I can see this on the diagnosis page, not even ping can get through. I even marked the TP-ER604W's IP as static on the LHG5.
Did someone else have a similar problem? I am unsure if it's the TP-ER604W not asking for a IP renewal once the connection drops, or the Mikrotik not renewing IP's...
Thank you.
