TL-ER5120v2 access blocked to Amazon Webservice ODBC port 3306

TL-ER5120v2 access blocked to Amazon Webservice ODBC port 3306

We have a corporate network sitting behind a TL-ER5120v2 and need to connect to our MySQL server running on AWS in the cloud. From other networks users can access the DB using ODBC port 3306 but the users behind the TL-ER5120 get no access to the AWS MYSQL. The Router, Firewall has incoming ports open and pointing to our internal server but I can't see where port 3306 might be blocked on the outward ports
