When troubleshooting VPN connection loss, I need to be able to see when the circuit is dropped because of a lousy signal from the ISP. Right now the logs only show VPN negotiation traffic. Is there a way to increase the amount of information the device will log for this purpose? Used Netopia for years (4686XL) and they always logged when the interface on the WAN was dropped and reinitialized.
I am using approximately 20 6020 v1s and 6120 with my customers. Especially with cable providers they always point to equipment rather than their circuits when my customers call for VPN outage.issues. Is there a command line command to dump total log or WAN signal problems?
