CPE210 for 300 meters between 2 houses

CPE210 for 300 meters between 2 houses

Good afternoon,
member of my family just purchased a house 3 blocks away (300M) away. the houses in the area are 1 story bungalows. The new house is a 2 story house.
I will be attempting to install my CPE on the roof of my house or Garage.
1st question, can my cpe pick up my wifi or do I need to hard wire it to our router ?
2nd question can the cpe210 at the new house be installed inside a window that is pointing towards my house ? there are not any mature trees between the 2 houses.
3rd question: can the cpe210 at the new house act as a router so devices at the new house can connect to it or do I need a new router ?
