Hi everyone,

I'm using an EAP225 Wireless Access Point V1 since last year.

I'm using it behind my internet provider router (Orange Livebox) to have a better Wifi for all my raspberry pi.

I also have a Synology NAS directly behind the Livebox.

In the Livebox, I have configure several port redirection to NAS and raspberry pi.

I have configure a domain name to access everything from external access (***.synology.me).

When I'm outside home, everything works like expected.

But when I'm at home, only the NAS is accessible with the domain name.

Every devices connected wirelessly (threw EAP) can't be reached other than using local IP address (192.168...).

I read on Internet that it has something to do with Hairpinning or NAT Loopback but can't find anything about that in the EAP administration.

Can you help me ?

Thanks

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

hairpinning NAT needs to be set up on the device doing NAT and that's your router (the livebox), not the EAPs. See this article for an explanation.

Thanks for your quick answer !

In fact I was afraid of that because the Livebox Play (not the Livebox 4) seems to not doing NAT loopback ...

I think I'm stuck now :(
