brand new T2600G-18TS default password error
Hi,
I buy a T2600G-18TS
when I try to connect with default user/password ... the switch say "The user or password is incorrect"
very strange

Did you try to reset the switch? See this FAQ on how to restore factory defaults. Does the password work after resetting it?

Set your PC to static IP 192.168.0.10, connect to the switch using its default IP 192.168.0.1, log into the web UI, change its password, set the switch's IP to an unused one of your network (192.168.x.y), change back your PC's IP, connect to the switch again using its new IP, log into the web UI, make sure to permanently save your changes just made and you are done. See the User's Guide for how to change password/IP and how to save configuration changes.
