the situation is such:

*ER602 with static LAN IPs

*Redirection of port 55000 on WAN to the same port on local server (192.168.1.13)

*Our software use that port 55000 and connect to server via WAN_IP:55000

But when employers are in the office and use local network, they cannot connect to server using WAN_IP:55000.

How can I fix that?

Some type of loop or NAT rules? I can't understood

There are no problems with my old TP-Link WR740N without any specific settings.

The problem seems related to NAT loopback. TP-Link did the test and tried to make a beta firmware for adding the NAT loopback. You can try to upgrade it through the following link.
