What i want to do is, Host A can access all sites including the social site like facebook, youtube etc. Host B block accessing the social sites like facebook, youtube etc but can access all other websites.
Can you provide full details/configurations on how to setup and to achieve this.

You can try to use the command of "tracert 8.8.8.8" to check where the data loss. Also can try to disable web filter item temporarily for check if related to web filter feature.
